You're right, any PB and banana combo is bound to be good. The real discovery here is the technique: make sure you roast just half a banana at once or risk losing the whole thing just when it looks most delectable. Come to think of it, marshmallow size chunks of bananas would minimize risk of banana loss, but would also mean you only get one bite at a time. High stakes games always have the best pay off.
